Aga's Bistro

Agas Bistro is located in the center of Odda - Hardanger.

With a love for food, sides and good experiences, Jon Aga together with Åshild Titland has established Agas Bistro, for the benefit and pleasure of local residents and tourists. A meeting place where you can enjoy rustic flavors together with locally produced drinks. It is important for us to be able to bring out the best of what Hardanger has to offer in terms of produce, fruit and ciders.

Our vision is that each individual raw material should be treated with great respect and be prepared so carefully that they retain their distinctive taste and personality. The ingredients must be fresh, and the food made from scratch. It is about uniting nature's products, striving for simple harmonies. Elevate the enjoyment of a meal by combining food and sides, so that each individual taste produces a happy moment of laughter and smiles during the course of the meal.


We have a seasonal menu that changes according to the seasons. Throughout the year, we have local veal, lamb, fish and shellfish on the menu.

We are proud of and collaborate with fantastic local producers such as "Larsastova" in Folkedal, Smeagarden meat in Utne, vegetables from Krossdalen and Dombestein. Not least all fruit and vegetables from the farmers in the whole of Hardanger.
